Rilán Room: 2 guests in King or twin beds.
Pullao Room: 3 guests in King or twin beds plus one roll away bed.
Suite: 4 guests, with 2 in King or twin beds, plus 2 guests on sofa bed and rollaway bed.

Check-in time is from 3pm. Check-out time is 11am. Where possible, flexibility with early check-in and late check-out will be provided, however, these are unable to be guaranteed. The facilities of Refugia Chiloe are available for your first or last day of stay whether or not you have received or already given up your room.

For the season ending April 30, 2025: All rates quoted in US Dollars. Rates apply per room, per night for a maximum of two guests. Extra Person rate applies for third person. A Full Experience stay at the lodge is generously all-inclusive of breakfast, lunch and gourmet dinner; open bar (includes mineral water, soft drinks, juices, premium wines and spirits); two half day excursions or one full day excursion daily, in small groups with other guests; use of spa facilities including indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, steam rooms and jacuzzi (massages, therapies and spa treatments are available for an additional cost) and scheduled airport transfers.

For the season beginning October 3 2025 and ending May 1, 2026: Rates will be per person rather than per room. Families with children are welcomed. The Full Experience price package inclusions are the same as the above but better, i.e. no minimum stay is required for the airport transfers from either airport. Also, each adult paying Full Experience is invited to partake in a half hour complimentary massage in the Refugia Spa.

Extra person rates apply for guests on a rollaway bed sharing a Pullao room with up to two adults. Maximum one extra person per Pullao guest room.
Maximum two extra guests if children, one extra guest if adult,  in the Suites.

For guests choosing our Full Experience Program, Refugia Chiloé offers complimentary 40-minute road transfers from Castro Mocopulli (MHC) Airport to the hotel. Transfers are also available from the Puerto Montt Tepual (PMC) Airport. Transfer time is approximately for the 4.5-hour by van and includes a 45-minute ferry passage. No minimum stay required.

As Refugia Chiloé is situated in a remote destination, it’s essential to advise any special dietary needs at the time of reservation. We will do our best to tailor menus accordingly whilst providing the opportunity to enjoy a diverse range of premium regional produce. In order to prepare meals requiring strict religious observance in the preparation, we must be informed in advance so that we can have the supplies on hand.

A 30% deposit is required within 7 days of booking. The balance is required to be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. All international payments are processed via Paypal, allowing use of most major credit cards. Settlement is also accepted by international bank transfer; please advise Refugia Chiloé once paid to ensure receipt.

As Refugia Chiloé is situated in a remote destination, we have a strict cancellation policy. We strongly recommend guests have a travel insurance policy covering medical care and cancellation due to any reason.  Cancellations within 60 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the booking total. Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival will incur a fee of 100% of the booking total.

Refugia Chiloé welcomes children of all ages, and child-friendly excursions are available. All children under 18 must be checked in and accompanied by an adult.

At Refugia Chiloé a group is defined as ten people or the use of four or more guest rooms travelling together. Special conditions apply to group bookings.
