Restaurant reservation

The restaurant at Refugia Chiloé honors the flavors of sea and land with fresh ingredients from the archipelago. Guided by a garden-to-table philosophy, Chef Francisco Castañeda crafts singular dishes that celebrate the rich traditions of this fertile island.

The restaurant welcomes reservations from guests who are not staying at the hotel.

Meal hours:

Lunch: 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM
Dinner: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM
